I agree to post my images as they are shared by Kathleen Trace Photography on all of my social media sites, tagging and referring to Kathleen Trace Photography in each shared post.

I agree to represent Kathleen Trace Photography in a positive manner.

I agree to respect the copyright of images created by Kathleen Trace Photography and to never edit or alter my digital images by the use of filters, cropping, etc when sharing online or in print.

Although highly unlikely, I understand that Kathleen Trace photography is not liable for any injury or bodily harm that occurs before, during, or after a photoshoot.

I understand that upon electronic signature of this form and completion of payment, I will receive a full senior experience session, a complimentary styled group session, a cap & gown mini session, and potential other mini sessions throughout the year.

Kathleen Trace Photography retains copyright of the photographs to use, re-use, publish, and re-publish the same in whole or part, separately or in conjunction with other photographs, in any medium now or hereafter known, and for any purpose including promotion, advertising and trade, and I hereby release and discharge the photographer from all and any claims and demands ensuing from or in connection with the use of the photographs, including any and all claims for libel and invasion of privacy.

I understand that I (the client) retains personal reprint rights for life and may use the photographs for personal, not-for-profit reasons however I choose.
