Upon electronic signature and payment of non-refundable retainer, Kathleen Trace Photography will reserve the time and location for the photoshoot. The remaining payment is due at or before the time of the photoshoot. If, in the opinion of the photographer, inclement weather or other adverse conditions prevent the creation of a portrait meeting the artistic standards of the photographer, they may elect to use an alternate location or reschedule the portrait.

Package includes the full photoshoot and each image edited for quality and sharpness. Touch ups included included in your package: teeth whitening, skin softening, and eye enhancing.

Sneak peaks will be posted within 48 hours of the shoot and a web gallery of post processed images will be delivered within two weeks with the option of online print ordering. Downloads of high res files of all images are included in the package.

Client has lifetime rights to reproduce any of the images for personal use including prints and on social media.

No part of any order, including previews, will be delivered. until photoshoot balance is paid in full.

If Kathleen Trace cannot perform this contract due to weather, fire, other casualty, or any cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to photographer's illness or emergency, then Kathleen Trace shall return any monies paid towards the session, but shall have no further liability with respect to the contract. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event of equipment malfunction or media malfunction.

Kathleen Trace retains copyright of the photographs to use, re-use, publish and re-publish, in whole, or in part, separately or in conjunction with other photographs, in any medium, and for any purpose including promotion and advertising.

CANCELLATIONS : If you are a no show, you are forfeiting your booking fee. Please be mindful that when I block off a time spot for you, I am holding that spot for only you. Therefore, I am not able to schedule someone else. If you need to reschedule please give me at least 48 hours notice and I will do my best to accommodate you.
