Please read each of the following and click in agreement to each of the terms. *

Upon electronic signature and payment of $199, Kathleen Trace Photography will reserve the time and location for the photoshoot. If, in the opinion of the photographer, inclement weather or other adverse conditions prevent the creation of a portrait meeting the artistic standards of the photographer, they may elect to use an alternate location or reschedule the portrait.

Package includes the 30 minute photoshoot and a minimum of 25 images delivered on a password protected online gallery. Touch ups included included in your package: teeth whitening, skin softening, and eye enhancing on select images.

Sneak peaks will be posted within 48 hours of the shoot and a web gallery of post processed images will be delivered within two weeks with the option of online print ordering. Downloads of high res files of all images are included in the package.

Client has lifetime rights to reproduce any of the images for personal use including prints and on social media.

No part of any order, including previews, will be delivered. until photoshoot balance is paid in full.

If Kathleen Trace cannot perform this contract due to weather, fire, other casualty, or any cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to photographer's illness or emergency, then Kathleen Trace shall return any monies paid towards the session, but shall have no further liability with respect to the contract. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event of equipment malfunction or media malfunction.

Kathleen Trace retains copyright of the photographs to use, re-use, publish and re-publish, in whole, or in part, separately or in conjunction with other photographs, in any medium, and for any purpose including promotion and advertising.

YEARBOOK PHOTOS: Kathleen does not take studio drape or tux yearbook photos. Photos taken by Kathleen Trace Photography may be submitted for senior ads, announcements, etc.

CANCELLATIONS : If you are a no show, you are forfeiting your booking fee and Kathleen will not schedule with you again unless your next session is paid in full when booking. Please be mindful that when a time spot is blocked off for you, Kathleen is holding that spot for only you and therefore, is not able to schedule someone else.

TARDINESS: Please plan enough time to get to your session, whether that be getting ready or navigating rush hour traffic. If you are running late, please call or text Kathleen. She respects every single client’s time and puts incredible effort into scheduling and planning sessions, so please respect her time. If you have a 30-minute session and arrive 10 minutes late, you will have a 20-minute session. If you are more than 30 minutes late without contacting Kathleen, you will forfeit your booking fee and Kathleen will have the right to cancel. Kathleen, of course, understands unforeseen circumstances such as illness or accidents. Please just communicate as soon as possible. If I Kathleen is late, she will communicate that with you and your session time will not be affected.
